Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the tea products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund
