Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products. If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your tea bags biodegradable?
We are actively transitioning our range to plastic-free, biodegradable tea bags. Most of our standard teabags are made from natural plant fibers and are compostable; please check the specific product packaging for the disposal logo.
